Moca Joe's

Moca Joe's is another one of those coffee shops I have been going to for years now. It's clean, highly decorated, and serves really good iced coffee.

This shop is kind of darling, and has lots of little places to sit. It's the perfect place to spend the afternoon blogging (which is exactly what I did).

I just adore the wood floors and pretty vintage style chairs that sit right there in the brightly lit window.

This particular day I got a small iced coffee, which was pretty good. A few days later I came back and got a large iced coffee with two shots of espresso in it, which was even better.

It was nice and cool in there, and the staff was friendly and just let me sit and be. It really was the perfect place to spend my afternoon.

Do you have a coffee shop you always go to when you go out of town?

  1. Sitting in a coffee shop blogging? What a good idea. I usually read, but this sounds like much more fun ... & get me out of the house.

  2. Such a beautiful coffee shop! There is a place here in Dallas called The Pearl Cup that I love to visit frequently. It's nice to just sit, sip, and do a little blogging. :)

  3. Oddly enough, I am on my way to Colorado right now, and one of my favorite coffee shops to visit is called Mochas! Not as good for hanging out and relaxing, but they have coffee happy hour in the afternoon where are the drinks are BOGO. Although my absolute favorite is St Marks Cafe in Denver. If you end up in Denver you should definitely check it out! The bar next door (Thin Man) is fabulous as well.

  4. That is a beautiful coffee shop, holy wow! I'd love to sit, chat and have a cup of coffee there!!! YUM!!!

Sadly, I don't have a favorite local nor out of town coffee shop. :(

  5. Looks so cozy! I used to have a really cute tea place in Amsterdam but since going vegan I can't really go there anymore. I have still not fully investigated tea spots in my new town!

  6. <3 the exposed brick! i'm such a sucker for it! hm, i like intelligentsia here in la/chicago and try to make my way over there every time i'm in either of those cities! their coffee is soooo good! it's always packed in there though, so that's one downside.
