If you've been reading my blog since back in the early days, you know that when I was a Journalism student I spent all my time at my local Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf doing interviews, writing articles and hammering away at homework.

Today I'm still a huge fan of Coffee Bean and go there more often then I would like to admit, so I thought it would be fun to share with ya'll that in honor of National Teacher Appreciation Day (Tuesday, May 5th), The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, Southern California's iconic speciality coffee and tea retailer, is inviting teachers and school faculty members to come in and receive any 16 oz beverage for just $2 when they show their school ID! To honor all of the amazing work they do in their communities, teachers and beloved faculty can order their favorite refreshing drink (their Iced Americanos are my absolute favorite), or choose from of their new seasonal choices, delicious Thai Tea and Vanilla Rooibos drinks.

This offer is available all day in participating Arizona, California, New York, Connecticut and Austin area store locations. To find the nearest location to you, please check out their store locator here. Don't forget to spread the word and tell your favorite teacher or faculty member the good news! I'm positive they'll appreciate it!

-*Valid only at participating The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf® retail locations. Offer valid on May 5, 2015. Offer for one (1) Regular size beverage for two dollars ($2.00). Limit one (1) per customer per visit. Valid teacher identification must be presented at time of purchase. Valid on bar beverages only. No cash value. Not redeemable with other offers. 1. There is also the process of flavoring the coffee bean in an attempt to work upon their natural flavor to meet some purpose. Natural oils are usually used to achieve this. Half an ounce of oil is usually to be added to a pound of beans for the flavoring to be done.
